1. The extruder uses a special screw for PET, with unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, which ensures the uniform plasticization of the raw materials. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
2. The three-dimensional folding ultra-large area filter device, the expanded area of the filter screen is 30 times larger than the area of the traditional flat filter screen; the number of filtration meshes can reach 80 meshes, and the unique screen changing device greatly reduces the screen changing time and improves work efficiency.
3. The rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system is used to dry the raw materials. The dew point of -50ºC ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, and it also has a solid phase polycondensation viscosity-increasing effect on the original.
4. The equipment adopts a unique two-stretching process, the strip has good steeliness, stable width, and improves the tensile strength of the finished product.
5. High-precision components make the product molding quality stable, and the width and thickness fluctuations are far less than the national standard;
