1.The plastic material of the high-speed automatic PP packaging belt production line can be produced with PP recycled materials or mixed new materials.
2.PP strapping belt production line adopts high precision 38CrMoALA material screw, adopts well-known electrical brand, unique PLC parameter design, with large extrusion, good plasticization, high hardness, good wear resistance and other characteristics.
3.PP strapping line is equipped with quantitative extrusion system. The width and thickness of PP belt are the same, and the error range is small, which meets the national acceptance standard of packaging belt.
4.PP strapping belt production line can produce 5-19mm width packing belt, can produce full-plastic PP belt, or sandwich co-extruded PP belt.

Features of embossing wheel:
1.The packing belt embossing wheel is a device used for embossing a pattern, text or a specific mark on a packing belt (such as PP packing belt, PET packing belt, etc.) . These embossing wheels are usually installed in the embossing device of the Packer, through the contact between the roller and the packing belt, forming the desired indentation or pattern on the packing belt.
2. Embossing wheel after nitriding, heat treatment surface hardness can reach 60 degrees, strong and durable, this embossing machine embossing the surface of the packaging belt lines clear, rough enough, automatic packaging machine using belt force.
3.Embossing machine upper and lower two flower wheel with synchronous gear, ensure up and down synchronous rotation, ensure that the two sides of the flower spinning packaging belt is fully consistent, increase the packaging belt's beauty and transparency. When the upper and lower two flower wheels are assembled, there is a fixed gap which never collides, thus prolonging the service life of the flower wheel.
