Product Description

1.1) Use the servo motor to lay the cable, wrap the strap with a width of 5-19 mm, and select the corresponding bandwidth through the touch screen for winding. There is no need to manually replace the transmission gear.

2.After the winding is completed, the machine will stop automatically, replace the paper tube, cut off the packing belt and clip the packing head to fix the packing head, and the winding operation will be carried out automatically, and the whole process will be completed automatically.

3.The winding shaft uses the torque mode of the servo motor, and the torque during winding can be set through the touch screen, so that the packaging belts with different weights or widths can be rolled with appropriate torque, and the bending deformation of the packaging belt after winding can be minimized.

4.The exiting packing belt after winding is automatically moved to the storage belt conveyor, where about 3 rolls of packing belt can be placed, or the conveyor belt can be lengthened according to customer requirements

5.Paper tube: 200mm * 170/180/190mm paper tube, with a thickness of 5MM, which is not available for recycling worn paper tubes.
