2.The contract equipment is guaranteed for one year and lifetime maintenance. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery of the equipment (except for wearing parts and man-made damage). In case of equipment failure, the seller shall provide online (telephone/video) guidance and other services; During the warranty period, if the warranty parts such as frequency converter, motor and reducer are damaged, the seller shall replace the new parts to the buyer (the seller shall send the parts to the designated freight forwarding site in China, the cost from the seller's factory to the freight forwarding site shall be borne by the seller, and the related costs of warehousing fee, customs declaration fee and site to the buyer's factory shall be borne by the buyer).
