1.The PP belt making machine is equipped with PLC control system to ensure accurate control of the entire production process. This function allows the operator to set various production parameters, such as belt thickness, width, etc., which can be easily adjusted.

2. The thickness of the belt is between 0.3-1.2mm. Width: 5-19mm, this width range of bands suitable for different product packaging, this feature makes the machine has a multi-functional and flexible choice.

3.PP belt manufacturing machine can choose single screw and twin screw extruder models. Single screw models are suitable for making PP from new polypropylene materials or recycled materials to produce PP tapes.
Twin-screw models are suitable for the production of PP belts using sandwich packing belts.
